At Nautilus Food, we offer nationwide delivery on all orders to ensure you enjoy premium fruits.
- Once your order is placed on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or phone.
- Orders are shipped promptly and typically delivered within 2–4 working days.
- In case a product is unavailable at the time of dispatch, our team will reach out to offer a replacement or process a refund — your choice.
- We only accept Advance payment.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We take great care in ensuring your order reaches you fresh and in perfect condition. However, if you receive a spoiled item, we’re here to help:
- Claims must be made through our customer service helpline.
- Products eligible for exchange must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of claim.
- To process your request, simply send your Order ID along with a photo of the affected product to our customer service team.
- Once the exchange is approved, we’ll dispatch a replacement of equal value within 10 days, using the same payment method (shipping cost excluded).
🥠How to Handle Fresh Mango Deliveries
Our mangoes are naturally ripened, chemical-free, and picked fresh from the orchard. To maintain their quality during transit, we ship them green (unripe).
Here’s what to do upon delivery:
- Check the harvest, packaging, and recommended opening date printed on the box.
- Leave the box at room temperature if it’s not yet time to open.
- If mangoes are still green after the opening date, let them sit for another 2–3 days at room temperature.
- Once they emit a sweet mango aroma, they’re ready to enjoy!
